HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Order processing time takes 1-5 business days before shipment. Deliveries can take up to 2 week - 3 weeks for the U.S.A and 2 week - 2 months for the majority of the rest of the world. It also depends on what you purchased. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number to keep up with the estimated delivery date.

WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We offer easy returns or exchanges! If for whatever reason you are not pleased with your item and would like a refund or exchange please contact us before 30 working days of receiving your item and we will provide instructions on returning your item and receiving a refund.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?

We sure do! We proudly ship WorldWide.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 

We ship from our partnered factories located and spread out across the world. Our shop's currency is in USD.

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
Please note that in order to ensure the fastest delivery for orders containing more than one item, we might ship a few separate packages.

Once your order is shipped you will be receiving a confirmation email from us.

If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES? 
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________? 
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do recommend buying the items and considering our process time and shipping time based on your location (refer to the first question HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?) to make sure the timing will be right. There is a risk of the item not arriving by the time of your trip. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER? 
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

Did you receive a faulty unit or the wrong product? Simply not satisfied with your order?

Please contact our Customer Support team at info@shopatyourstore.com to start the return process. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

 

HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees. 

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. 

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do:

Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
